BLAST CHILLING MADE EASY... AND PROFITABLE!

Victory’s broad range of reach-in and roll-in blast chill models means that every operator can find a size to fit their unique chill requirements.

Each model is designed to take hot food from a temperature of 160°F to a core temperature of 38°F in 90 minutes or less with proper containerization.

From a 35 lbs. capacity undercounter model to a 660 lbs. capacity roll-in, Victory has a size for every application!

All Victory blast chill models feature the easy to use "1, 2, 3 Control Panel" which simplifies the chilling process.

Each chill cycle can be set to proces with time or temperature termination. At the end of the cycle, the chiller reverts to a 38°F storage refrigerator.
